Please submit "PRODUCTION READY ARTWORK" either electronically or via mail. Production ready artwork is black and white line art that has sharp, clean lines, requires no retouching, is complete with text and/or graphics and is to size.  We accept both Mac and PC artwork that is created in the following programs:

Adobe Illustrator, version CS3 or below, Adobe Freehand, version 9-11 , Corel Draw, version 12 or below, Adobe Photoshop, version CS3 or below

Emailed files must be compressed with WinZip (*.zip) or Stuff-It.   Make sure to include all necessary screen and printer font files with your submission or convert all text to curves when exporting files from your graphics application. When e-mailing artwork please name your files with your name and your order number.  Make all artwork actual size at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If artwork is not provided to actual size, artwork charges may apply. Regardless, be sure to clearly indicate desired size in inches on your order form. If size is not clearly indicated, artwork will be sized to fit maximum usable area. Please contact our customer service for the imprint sizes that apply to your order.   One color imprint artwork must be rendered as black on white background. Please do not submit greyscale, RGB or CMYK bitmaps. For multi-color imprints, please submit a color hard copy of the finished art.  Disks accepted: CD-ROM or 100MB Zip Disks, Mac or PC format.  Please fax a copy of your artwork or layout to 1-312.842.8574. We require a fax of all artwork submitted to insure the file(s) have not been corrupted.

 Duplication of copyrighted logos, photographs and materials requires an "Authorization to Reproduce" signed by the copyright owner or designated agent. Please supply documentation when submitting your order.

All submitted artwork is subject to review to determine acceptability.  There is a $45.00/hour artwork retouching fee if necessary, minimum billing $25.00.
